We are conveniently located at the corner of Culver and Titus with quick access to the highways. We offer private, off street parking with handicap accessibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do require that at least a 48 hours notice be given to change an appointment. This makes it possible for us to schedule another appointment for a patient who desires that appointment time. In the event that an appointment is missed or adequate notice is not given, a broken appointment fee will be charge for the lost treatment time.
