FINANCIAL POLICY

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made with the office manager. Several payment options are offered: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.

Our office manager will be happy to submit your insurance claims for you at the time of your visit. We will work with you to coordinate all your billing and insurance needs. We will assist you in utilization of your insurance benefits to the fullest and can offer to make payment arrangements for any remaining balances.
